The sample of the study comprised 200 students (male and female), fifty each selected from the four schools within the main campus, using the stratified sampling technique. A self-designed scale tagged lndices of Academic Dishonesty Scale (IADS) was the instrument used to collect data for the study. The collected data were analysed statistically using both descriptive and inferential statistics. The results of data analyses revealed that pressure for high grades ranked higher on the indices of academic dishonesty among students. The findings also revealed that no significant differences existed in the perceptions of male and female students on pressure high grades as an index of academic dishonesty. It was also found that no significant differences existed on the perceptions of Christian and Moslem students on participation in extra-curricular activities as an index of academic dishonesty. It was recommended that stringent penalties be meted out to students found culpable of academic dishonesty of whatever kind; this will serve as a deterrent to other students who might want to indulge in such menace
